The 3rd CIPSA Category Management Forum

In response to an overwhelming number of enquiries from delegates wishing to register, CIPSA Conferences have elected to release the programme earlier than usual for the 3rd CIPSA Category Management Forum.

WHEN:  24/03/2010 to 25/03/2010

WHERE:  The Australian Technology Park Sydney

STATE:  NSW

COUNTRY:  AUS

In response to an overwhelming number of enquiries from delegates wishing to register, CIPSA Conferences have elected to release the programme earlier than usual for the 3rd CIPSA Category Management Forum.

This early release includes an early-bird discount offer for registrations received before 5th February.

But what do we mean by Category Management?

CIPS described it as: “The entire art & science of supply chain management applied to a single category of expenditure.”

But is there more? Click here to find out.

Programme

Featuring nine plenary sessions on generic category management subjects and three seminar streams addressing specific categories, the programme provides procurement practitioners with a unique opportunity to hear the latest ideas on how to optimize their category management programmes.

Further updates in the way of confirmed speakers and session content will be published regularly over the next few weeks, so watch this space.

Speakers

While invitations have been extended to speakers for many of the sessions (it’s always a slow time of year getting responses), CIPSA Conferences are still interested to hear from any potential speakers who feel that they could add value to the programme, particularly for the Category specific seminars. If you feel you could contribute (or know someone else who you think would add real value to the programme), please contact Nigel Wardropper, Event Director for CIPSA Conferences at nigelw@bttbonline.com.
