A TSP must detail how industry participants will manage the security of their operations, protect their people, assets and infrastructure against acts that may lead to unlawful interference with aviation.

A TSP is a legally binding document that RACAs must comply with and that will be audited by the Office of Transport Security (OTS).

RACA TSPs are developed in a workshop, in consultation with industry participants and key stakeholders within the organisation.

TSP Auditing

Aviation Security Regulation 2.53 specifies that every two years an independent audit must be conducted on internal security procedures for all RACAs.

Skyline conducts independent audit services of security procedures, ensuring that business comply with the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004 (ATSA) and Aviation Transport Security Regulations 2005 (ATSR).

As part of this process we provide practical & comprehensive compliance audit programs that ensure RACAs are able to understand their obligations, comply with them, and easily identify, examine and rectify any breaches. We also provide detailed audit reports, including continuous improvement advice for the consideration of RACAs.
