Iveco takes charge as truck dealer goes under


 
 
IVECO Trucks Australia will set up Iveco-owned dealership branches in Newcastle, Tamworth, Coffs Harbour, Gosford, and Scone. This is to ensure continuity in providing services to and support for customers of IVECO Trucks Australia in these regions.
 
IVECO Trucks Australia has appointed KordaMentha as Receivers and Managers of R H Taylor Trucks on 18 August 2010 following the decision of directors of R H Taylor Truck to appoint administrators.
 
Receiver David Winterbottom said: “The secured creditor, Iveco Australia, appointed receivers following the decision of directors to appoint administrators yesterday and close the business.”
 
R H Taylor operated five dealership in the Central Coast and Hunter Valley regions of NSW, selling and servicing Iveco trucks and commercials and New Holland machinery.
