WorkCover NSW is investigating after a 40 year old male worker died in a forklift incident at Flemington markets this morning.
Initial enquiries indicate that the worker was driving a forklift when it rolled and fell on top of him, causing fatal crush injuries.
WorkCover inspectors are on scene and are conducting enquiries. WorkCover will prepare a report for the Coroner.
