Don’t miss the apics 2008 International Conference!

The apics 2008 International Conference, themed “sustainable manufacturing” is scheduled to be held from 15–18 June 2008 at Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort and Spa on Gold Coast.

The conference, hosted by the non-profit organisation Australasian Production and Inventory Control Society (apics), will discuss topics including  case studies, integrated business management, sales & operations planning, enterprise resource planning, manufacturing resource planning, distribution resource planning, demand management and forecasting, production and inventory planning, emerging trends, small business issues and supply chain management.

Keynote speakers include:

James Tarr – Business intelligence for the rest of us

Trevor Barrows – The supply chain carbon economy

Jeff Frank – The convergence of sustainability and business software

Will Arnott – Measuring carbon footprints
