The certification extension followed an audit of the company’s business in Sydney, from where it runs its Australia and New Zealand divisions.

“We are proud to have successfully extended our existing quality management processes to our local operations here in Australia and New Zealand. The certification demonstrates to both global and local customers that our regional operations are very much focused on operating at the highest standard.”
The awarding of the ISO 9001:2000 certification, an international standard for quality management, requires development of operation and service delivery processes to ensure continually higher service levels and cost reductions through the elimination of redundant activities.
Manhattan Associates received its first ISO 9001:2000 certification in March 2001.
